RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At FEED we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We want our garments to make you feel beautiful and empowered. Our motto is simple. If you are not happy, we are not happy. At FEED we would like to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange an item. Enclosed in each package is a returns address sticker to make postage as simple as possible.

We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:

  • Are returned to us within 10 days of delivery
  • Are accompanied with your proof of purchase
  • Are returned in their original saleable condition with the original tags
    attached
  • Have not been worn, washed or damaged; and
  • A Return Authorisation (RA) Number has been approved and is
    accompanied by your return form. (sent with your original order)

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact us via email (info@feedlife.com.au) to request a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Please confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternative size or return as a refund.
Once your return/exchange has been approved, we will email you with an RA number.
Please complete the returns form and post with your goods to:

Please note: We strongly recommend using a traceable method of postage when returning goods. (i.e express post) Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately is out of our control.
